Business Breakfast and Lecture on “LEGACY LEADERSHIP”

In the beginning of the Business Intelligence Club’s autumn activities, last Wednesday we had the great honor to host Mr. Oliver Perkins at a business breakfast in the Sava Center, where he delivered a highly engaging and interactive lecture on “LEGACY LEADERSHIP.”

Oliver Perkins is an international CEO coach and facilitator who has worked with global brands including Adidas, BAT, Merck, PwC, and many others. He is also the Managing Director of Brainovate and has lived and worked with individuals and teams, primarily in Central and Eastern Europe, for the past 25 years. Mr. Perkins is specialized in leadership, innovation, and strategy development, applying his unique, interactive, and human-centered 5C approach. Oliver is the author of the books “Revealing the Leader Within” and “Legacy 100, 50, 5.”

Legacy emphasizes the long-term consequences of our actions and decisions in the present, looking beyond immediate outcomes. Every day, we leave behind a legacy—whether we are aware of it or not. It also means offering the best version of ourselves to others, enabling them to develop the best version of themselves—and so on—leaving behind a multigenerational impact: a living legacy. In this way, one’s influence continues to shape the world for the better long after their formal role has ended.

The workshop was entertaining, interactive, inspiring, and practical. Members and partners of the Business Intelligence Club took away tangible examples and ideas that can be applied in practice. In addition, all participants received a signed copy of “Revealing the Leader Within,” authored and presented by Oliver Perkins.
