Business Intelligence Club Hosts the Third CEO MEET UP in Niš
Business Intelligence Club successfully hosted the third edition of its annual CEO MEET UP at the Science and Technology Park Niš, bringing together business leaders, club members, and partners to exchange insights and discuss the challenges shaping today’s business landscape.
As businesses continue to operate in an environment marked by rapid transformation and increasing uncertainty, resilience, adaptability, and effective risk management have become critical to sustainable growth. Reflecting these priorities, this year’s CEO MEET UP focused on the key risks expected to influence business operations throughout 2026.
The discussions explored the most pressing risks facing organizations today, the challenge of balancing organizational agility with operational efficiency, and the importance of building a corporate culture that empowers companies to understand, embrace, and successfully navigate change.
The event was opened by Aleksandar Plavšin, Founder of the Business Intelligence Club, who highlighted the importance of fostering a strong business community through continuous knowledge sharing, collaboration, and the exchange of best practices among business leaders.
As part of the conference program, Nemanja Petrović, Co-CEO of Marsh Serbia, addressed the importance of anticipating and mitigating risks in an increasingly volatile business environment. He provided valuable insights into both the short-term and long-term risks organizations are likely to face, while also emphasizing the need to balance the expectations of multiple generations within today’s workforce. Particular attention was given to strengthening organizational resilience and adopting a strategic approach to enterprise risk management, including the effective management and development of human capital.
Aleksandar Milinčić, DBA, Business Coach & Strategic Adviser, introduced the concept of moving “from managing change to mastering change.” His presentation emphasized the pivotal role of organizational culture, leadership, and talent development in enabling companies to adapt successfully to evolving market conditions. He also underlined the responsibility of leaders in shaping organizational culture, noting that leadership behavior ultimately reflects the values and culture of the company itself.
Following the presentations, participants continued the discussion during a networking session, where they exchanged experiences, explored new ideas, and established valuable business connections.
Business Intelligence Club extends its sincere appreciation to its partners for their support in organizing the event: the Science and Technology Park Niš, the City Administration for Local Economic Development and Investments, and Marsh, Zumtobel, Tridonic, Triple Crown, and Hauser.
This year’s CEO MEET UP reinforced a clear message: organizations that proactively identify risks, develop the capability to master change, and continuously invest in their people will be best positioned to achieve sustainable growth and long-term success in an increasingly complex business environment.
