CEO MEET UP was held in NIŠ
In order to spread the innovative ideas and activities that we strive for, Business Intelligence Club (BIC) held the second business event in Niš, CEO MEET UP, on May 28th, after the successful first panel last year, which had the theme of “Sustainable Leadership”.
The Business Intelligence Club gathers high-quality, successful and socially responsible members and currently has 60 renowned CEOs/owners of domestic and foreign companies operating in Serbia.
Driven by the idea to provide quality content to our guests, more than 30 general directors of companies from Niš and surrounding cities were present at the Science and Technology Park in Niš, which has been our partner in the organization for the second year.
After the introductory presentation of BIC by Director Aleksandar Plavšin and Vesna Stajić, Business Development & Project Manager, Miloš Petrović, Assistant Director of NTP for Infrastructure and Investments presented the Innovation District “TECHNIS” to the participants. This important project was financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and its significance will not only be for Niš but also for the whole country. On almost 30,000 square meters, with an already existing building, there will be an opportunity to host up to 50 new companies that will continue to develop their innovative projects and solutions, and will employ up to 1,000 experts. This space will be a key gathering point for talents who will jointly create solutions for the future.
After the presentation of the TECHNIS project, we had the opportunity to listen a lecture by Mrs. Maria Stoeva, the founder and CEO of Sistemma International from Sofia, but also a recognized consultant in the field of development and leadership, who talked to the participants how to improve their business strategy, raise it to a higher level and how to expand horizons in modern business and life.
After the panel, guests and participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas, make new contacts and discuss the potential of cooperation at a cocktail party.
The conclusion of this business gathering is that we will certainly continue with new activities in Niš with the goal of providing quality content and networking for business people in this part of Serbia.
